Equip K–12 educators with research-based tools to address student Executive Function challenges and improve achievement, all without changing your curriculum.
Pre-Workshop Learning
Before the live sessions, educators complete a 15–20 minute online module that introduces the core EF skills that shape learning and behavior. Participants explore how the brain develops EF skills, why they matter, and how focus, planning, and emotional regulation support classroom success.
Educator Workshops
Two interactive 60-120 minute sessions introduce the full framework of executive function skills and connect them to real classroom behaviors. Teachers learn to identify EF challenges, apply strategies for direct instruction and self-reflection, and use EF tools to strengthen student independence and assessment outcomes.
Leadership and Family Partnership
A 60-minute Zoom workshop for school leaders and instructional coaches builds on educator learning to develop sustainable EF practices schoolwide. Families are invited to join weekly 60-minute webinars that explain EF skills and share strategies to support students at home, with open access for two months.

Research-based Professional Development
Building on the proven track record of our parent company, Beyond BookSmart, we created BrainTracks to bring the Executive Function (EF) success story straight into schools nationwide. We provide mentoring for teachers to add Executive Function skills training into the academic classroom setting, reaching all students, including those with learning disabilities, special needs, and mental health challenges, which also helps reach the growing number of students with ADHD. By infusing EF-based approaches directly into instructional practice, already busy teachers enjoy the benefits of more focused and capable students without changing their curriculum. BrainTracks democratizes access to Executive Function skills that students need to be effective learners today and effective adults in the future.
